About

Jojo began her career dancing in Matthew Bourne’s Swan Lake, after graduating from The Central School of Ballet. She received acclaim in the broadsheet reviews as a young unknown dancer alongside the likes of Adam Cooper.

Her charisma & strong vocal ability allowed her to move effortlessly into the world of music. Her genres have stretched from jazz to rock, pop & classical, making her an exciting & versatile performer.

Raised in Liverpool, Jojo began vocational dance training at the ‘The Hammond’ in Chester and later graduated from the prestigious ‘Central School of Ballet’ in London. She went on to perform with Matthew Bourne’s Swan Lake in the West-End and around Europe. She cut her teeth singing jazz with an array of incredible musicians and performs regularly in 5 star hotels in London and for private events and functions. She’s supported The Three Degrees on their 2015-16 UK Tours, performing original songs off her debut album, ‘Studio 54’ and even performed at Wembley Arena with the ‘Dr Who Live’ arena tour, as lead female vocalist.

In 2018 she produced, wrote and performed a one-woman show titled, ‘The Marilyn Monroe Story’- a cabaret documentary at The Edinburgh Festival’s ‘Assembly Rooms’- a celebration of Marilyn through dance; script; song and clever costume changes.

In 2020 she played Frida in the West-end’s ‘Shaftsbury Theatre’ and continues to perform with one of the largest, most successful touring Abba tribute shows, ‘Mania’! She was delighted to perform at the iconic ‘The Empire Theatre’ to her hometown audience in Liverpool.

She’s also sung BVs for D:ream, Martina Topley-Bird and Delta Goodrum and continues to write and record original music.

Working with Jojo was a complete pleasure. She is as talented as she is beautiful with a wonderfully unique voice and stage presence.

A perfect blend of image and voice with a twist of anarchy.
